Schréder strengthens presence in New Zealand and Australia with Betacom acquisition
Schréder, the leading independent provider of smart outdoor lighting solutions, has completed the acquisition of Betacom, a lighting business in New Zealand and Australia. This transaction is a key step in Schréder’s ongoing strategy to develop a local presence in New Zealand and strengthen its market position in Australia.
The team including Bryan Gerrard (Business Development Manager), Nick van der Plas (Commercial Manager), Belinda Sahlman (Sales Segment Manager), Angelia Fonseca (General Manager), Jeff Richardson (Operations/Project Manager), Ben Aukta (Lighting Engineer) and Cladian Andugula (Business Development Manager) celebrate the new acquisition.
