SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader, the Sales Support Administrator generally partners with the Sales team in providing quality cost effective estimating of projects of varying sizes. You will also liaise with clients to ensure the delivery schedules and met. All whilst promoting the companies products via the delivery of project orders and coordinating the logistics and distribution of project orders in line with Customer’s delivery expectations. This position is an integral part of our customer service so the successful application needs to understand the importance of customer service. A proactive attitude and willingness to be helpful in our client's requirements are essential.

 

Responsibilities
  • Project quoting ‐ Providing quick and accurate service for all enquiries from both external and internal customers; capable of understanding specification and CRM use and maintenance.
  • Customer Enquiries – Handle all enquiries from Customers, taking ownership of the requests and following through with responses in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communication – work harmoniously with all teams (internal and external), in particular Supply Chain and Sales teams. 
  • Ensure that all updates to delivery dates are communicated to our Customers regularly and in a timely fashion.
  • Develop Relationships‐ with our Customers via exceptional service on the management of all aspects of our projects orders.
  • Accuracy‐ Ensure the accuracy of projects quotes before ordering product in order to capture any errors.
  • Alternative Products – Offer product selection assistance via alternative where possible in order to keep the level of service promised in conjunction with the Technical Specification Consultant
  • Training and Continuous Improvements ‐ Participate in all training provided and identify new areas where training is required to further develop skills and communicate to the Training and Development lead. Keep up to date with new product releases.
  • At all times ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures and all WHS legislative requirements.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities, consistent with skills, qualifications and experience, as may be required from time to time.
