Job Description

As the Quality Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring products and processes consistently meet established quality requirements. You will need to be hands on, have an eye for detail, solve problems, perform inspections, assess and provide disposition on inwards goods, outgoing goods and returned goods, and perform process improvement on QA processes.

  • Perform PQC inspections and generate PQC reports. Resolve all PQC non-conformances and close out PQC.
  • Perform IQC inspections and generate IQC reports. Resolve all IQC non-conformances and close out IQC.
  • Perform GRAC and PFAR investigations and generate GRAC and PFAR reports. Perform minor rework and organize Production rework for returned products to close out GRA.
  • Perform DEF inspections and generate DEF reports. Obtain credit claim or material write off and close out DEF.
  • Build and repair electrical test equipment for use in production and inspection.
  • Address issues and provide supplier and internal corrective action reports.
  • Ensure that all products comply with the relevant safety and quality standards and specifications
  • Work on process improvement projects for QA processes.
  • Work on ISO 9001 QA non-conformances reported by external auditor.
