Job Description

Currently, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to be part of our Australian team working together towards our mission – to bring meaningful moments to people in connected public spaces.

As our Logistics Coordinator you will have the following responsibilities :

  • Provide a high level of customer service to clients, carriers, and internal staff to coordinate a range of tasks.
  • Able to liaise between all stakeholders to facilitate different information quickly with no errors, and in a clear and effective manner.
  • Manage incoming enquiries through the phone and general email. Fast turnaround on information or requests with high level of customer service and no errors.
  • Generate required reports with no errors and a high level of data integrity.
  • Work with the general sales team to achieve targets. Conduct the necessary activity to assist in reaching sales targets, operational KPI's, commercial goals and customer service standards.
  • Input data into the internal systems. Manage and calculate the necessary data inputs to obtain the correct data and provide pricing and margin recommendations.
